Fevers are naturally common
indicator of immune system activation and are triggered by bacteria, virus, and internal chemicals. Changes in body temperature are tightly controlled by
inborn mechanisms. Increases in temperature from fever result from an internal
biochemical cascade and are generally fought using over-the-counter drugs like
NSAIDs (like ibuprofen and acetaminophen).
A 2016 case report describes an
11 yr old boy who had a fever for five days prior to chiropractic management.
His fever had ranged from 101-103 degrees Fahrenheit even though mom had treated
him with acetaminophen every 4-6 hours. After being checked for nerve
interference and adjusted by a chiropractor, within 60 minutes his temperatures
had dropped to 98.4 degrees and his behavior had returned to normal.
No matter the symptom , your body
functions better without nerve interference!
